Family Partnerships
Families are a child’s first and most important teachers, and we are committed to building genuine, respectful partnerships that support every child’s learning and wellbeing.
Communication
We use the OWNA app to share daily updates, photos and learning stories so families can stay connected to their child’s experiences in real time. In addition, we provide newsletters and regular notices to keep families informed about centre events, curriculum highlights and important information. Educators are always available for face-to-face chats at drop-off and pick-up.
Family Involvement
Families are invited to play an active role in our community. From joining in excursions and special events, to contributing skills, ideas or cultural traditions, your voice and presence enrich our program. We also value parent input when planning curriculum, ensuring our learning environment reflects the interests and diversity of the families we serve.
Inclusion & Belonging
We are deeply committed to inclusive practice. Every family is welcomed, respected and celebrated, regardless of culture, language, background, or family structure. We work together with families to create a space where children feel a strong sense of belonging, identity and pride in who they are.
