Offer Of Enrolment
When a position becomes available, we'll be in touch to offer you a place
Confirmation & Paperwork
You’ll receive a confirmation email along with an enrolment form and important information to help you get started.
Orientation Visit
Before your child’s first day, we’ll arrange orientation sessions. These short visits help your child get familiar with our space, educators and routines.
First Day & Beyond
Your child begins their Goanna Patch journey! In the early weeks we offer extra communication and reassurance, so families feel confident and supported during this important transition.
Fees & Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
At Goanna Patch, we understand that childcare is a significant investment for families. While we don’t publish our fee schedule online, we’re always happy to provide current fees directly — just get in touch with us for details.The good news is that most families are eligible for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which can greatly reduce the cost of care.
How CCS Works

Based on family income — The government pays a percentage of your childcare fees (up to 90% for lower income families).

Activity test — The number of hours you can claim is linked to the work, study, training or volunteering activity of the parents/guardians.

Paid directly to the centre — CCS is applied to your account so you only pay the gap (the difference between our fees and your subsidy).
Why It’s Beneficial

Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) is available in special circumstances, offering extra financial support.
